I led the design overhaul for EZLocal, a legacy online directory preceding Yelp with over 15 million listings. Working closely with the lead engineer, my work transformed their MVP into an accessible and memorable platform, amplifying their brand in the UI and improving usability with a new design system and AI-integrated features.

Team:

Solo UX Designer alongside multiple developers, marketers & stakeholders.

  • Onboarding Process: A revamped onboarding process that minimized the complexity and improved the accuracy of filling out business information.
  • Reputation Manager: AI-powered tool for tracking and managing online reviews with one-click responses.
