Key Finding:
Users didn't just want an easy way to fill out legal forms; they wanted to end the experience feeling empowered by their newly acquired knowledge, enabling them to move forward with confidence.
My Biggest Takeaway:
Early and frequent communication with stakeholders is key to not only aligning business goals but also avoiding potential bottlenecks down the road.
